How can you use it?
Google calendar can be used as an online planner for classrooms. Students can keep track of when tests are scheduled, school/class activities.
Calendars can be shared amongst each other (students and teachers). For teachers, grade levels can keep track of when their co-workers are giving a test to students, or projects are due so students don't have too tests or projects due on the same date.
Why would you use it?
Students can benefit from the organization that using an online planner provides.
Teachers can post assignments and lesson plans on Google Calendar and make the calendar public. Parents and students can then access the calendars for information.
